FEYNLAB® CERAMIC ULTRA is our most durable non-healing ceramic coating. CERAMIC ULTRA builds on the highly successful and robust DNA of CERAMIC v2 by further enhancing the solids (nano particles and proprietary resin).
CERAMIC ULTRA forms a lattice structure of silica, silicon-nitride and silicon-carbide. The flexible, but durable coating, exhibits great scratch resistance, gloss, and magnificent hydrophobicity. CERAMIC ULTRA also provides UV protection and chemical resistance (acid rain), protecting the paint from fading.
CERAMIC ULTRA is only for professional use by FEYNLAB® Approved and Accredited installers. Do not attempt to apply this product without training.

Feynlab Self Heal Lite

FEYNLAB® HEAL LITE is the solution for hard to maintain dark colored automotive vehicles. With HEAL LITE, washed induced love marks and other light scratches will quickly vanish when the panel is heated by the sun.
HEAL LITE is a single-step ultra durable coating with excellent UV protection, extreme hydrophobic properties, and contains up to 60% of the healing capability of FEYNLAB® HEAL PLUS.
HEAL LITE was developed with darker colored automotive finishes in mind. Particularly non metallic vehicles which easily reveal most paint defects such as swirl marks and other micro defects.
In addition to the impressive Self Healing Capabilities, HEAL LITE contains hearty UV resistance, rugged chemical protection, Very High Gloss, and the Superb Hydrophobic Properties that FEYNLAB® coatings are engineered and known for in real world conditions.
To activate healing: simply park the vehicle in direct sun where the temperature is 30°C (85°F) or higher and the Ceramic Polymer Matrix will reset.

Feynlab Self Heal Plus

FEYNLAB® HEAL PLUS is by far the thickest coating (when IR cured) currently offered on the market, measuring up to 10 microns (with the mean thickness of ~5 microns) with a single application and up to 15 microns when layered appropriately.

FEYNLAB’s® true nano technology and bonding chemistry allows for an unparalleled level of protection since the formula penetrates further into the existing paint structure than anything else available.

The mechanism behind the self healing effect is a memory polymer woven into a ceramic backbone. When heated, the polymer returns to its original state causing the self leveling effect to occur.

Feynlab Hydro Marine

The FEYNLAB HYDRO Marine System is designed to combat the harsh conditions of fresh water and seafaring watercraft.
Compatible with both painted and gel-coat finishes, the HYDRO system’s primary function is to stop oxidation dead in its tracks. Additionally, when applied to surfaces, HYDRO’S smart nano particles offer intense UV protection through ultra-efficient UV ray scattering. These key functional aspects work perfectly together.
By stopping and preventing oxidation and UV damage to gel coat and painted surfaces, HYDRO prevents the unsightly and damaging yellowy, chalky, and powdery surface effects caused by sun and sea exposure.
The HYDRO System creates hydrophobic surfaces, causing water and contamination to quickly release. This drastically speeds up rinse-downs after use, making general cleaning super-fast and easy. (Assuming the watercraft is dry docked and not sitting in water for prolonged periods, where anti-fouling agents would be required below the waterline)
The hydrophobic properties of HYDRO help decrease water drag when applied below the water line. Application to propellers may aid in reduced fuel consumption.

FEYNLAB® INDUSTRIAL COATING – Benefits

FEYNLAB® INDUSTRIAL is a multi-purpose coating which can be applied to most hard surfaces. While the results are excellent on painted or colored plastic surfaces, the coating can also be applied to stone, wood, and concrete to seal the surfaces from staining and losing their color due to UV degradation.

FEYNLAB® INDUSTRIAL is also performs well in high wear areas, such as handrails and has excellent abrasion resistance.

FEYNLAB® INDUSTRIAL is extremely hydrophobic with excellent releases properties. As a result, you can save money by reducing the required cleaning intervals and reducing your re-paint intervals.
